Blog Tour: The Stress Eater Diet

Stress Eater Diet

I first heard about The Stress Eater Diet when I was contacted by one of the publishers who liked our BodSquad blog! He offered to send free copies to anyone on the team who was interested in the book and several of us took him up on his offer. Recently, I was notified that the book would be going on a “blog tour” and we were asked to participate. So here we are! I hope this review will lead you towards the information and advice you seek if emotional/stress eating is a struggle for you.

  1. I go the book in the mail very soon after you sent in our requests. Surprise suprise, I haven’t been able to read it yet. But just from the 5 minutes of skimming that I did…I am really excited to read it (probably this summer). The blog tour is kinda cool…wonder if we could get ourselves on something like that!!!
